Welcome to yoga with Nicole! 

 

If this is your first time joining me, I want to welcome you and I am honored you have chosen me to guide you through this beautiful life practice. Each month I have a theme we work with, typically based around yoga philosophy, various teachers and spiritual leaders that I get inspiration from. Feel free to contact me with any questions and I look forward to seeing you online or in a studio!

  • Mondays – Friday – 6am – Vinyasa Flow
    • Vinyasa Flow is the art of linking a series of poses together with the breath creating a moving meditative experience. When breath and movement are linked, the mind’s fluctuations are reduced which is one of the goals of yoga. Throughout the flow are moments of rest and encouragement to find the breath, which reduces stress and increases relaxation. All levels are welcome as the entire mind and body are strengthened.
  • How To Book A Class 
    • Due to COVID-19, I’m asking for a minimum donation of $15 per class.
    • Pay – PayPal: paypal.me/nicoleturneryoga
    • Once you’ve paid, click the ‘Register Now‘ button below to register for class.
    • Once I recieve payment notification, you will receive a email confirmation and the Zoom link.
    • *Please register at least 24hrs prior. Registration for class will close 15min prior to start time.

Public Classes in San Diego – all are currently at FIT Mission Beach

  • Mondays – 630pm – Vinyasa Flow
    • Vinyasa Flow is the art of linking a series of poses together with the breath creating a moving meditative experience. When breath and movement are linked, the mind’s fluctuations are reduced which is one of the goals of yoga. Throughout the flow are moments of rest and encouragement to find the breath, which reduces stress and increases relaxation. All levels are welcome as the entire mind and body are strengthened.
  • Tuesdays – 5:15pm – Vinyasa & Meditate
    • Vinyasa Flow is the art of linking a series of poses together with the breath creating a moving meditative experience. When breath and movement are linked, the mind’s fluctuations are reduced which is one of the goals of yoga. Throughout the flow are moments of rest and encouragement to find the breath, which reduces stress and increases relaxation. All levels are welcome as the entire mind and body are strengthened. All levels welcome and this class is 90min with a 30min guided meditation added to the end after Savasana.
  • Wednesdays – 630pm – Vinyasa Flow
    • Vinyasa Flow is the art of linking a series of poses together with the breath creating a moving meditative experience. When breath and movement are linked, the mind’s fluctuations are reduced which is one of the goals of yoga. Throughout the flow are moments of rest and encouragement to find the breath, which reduces stress and increases relaxation. All levels are welcome as the entire mind and body are strengthened.
  • Thursdays – 630pm – Inversion Flow
    • Move deeper into your mental and physical practice, with a core and balance focused Vinyasa flow to prep you for inversions and arm balances that will be broken down and demonstrated. All levels welcome and options will be given for everyone.
