If this is your first time joining me, I want to welcome you and I am honored you have chosen me to guide you through this beautiful life practice. Each month I have a theme we work with, typically based around yoga philosophy, various teachers and spiritual leaders that I get inspiration from. Feel free to contact me with any questions and I look forward to seeing you online, outside, on a mat or on a SUP board.

  • VIRTUAL FLOW – Vinyasa All Levels
    • Fridays – 9am
  • A fluid power yoga sequence linking movement to breath, heating the body from within to engage and strengthen muscles. You will leave class with a glow from the inside out! All levels are welcome! Be sure you have a peaceful, sacred space to practice.     • My Zoom classes are for a more personalized online experience for yourself, a group of friends, your family, or coworkers!
    • These can be weekly private classes or for special occasions. Think birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, weddings, bachelorette’s, vacations, company team building, or any other time you feel like you need a rest, rejuvenation, or a reset.
    • I will also schedule weekly public Zoom classes you can join, check my social media posts each week that say, ‘Yoga Classes This Week’ on the picture. to see the schedule.  
    • Styles include: Vinyasa Flow, Yin / Restorative Yoga, Slow Flow, Tantric Hatha and can include Meditation, Sound Healing, and Chanting.

SUP Yoga on Mission Bay in Pacific Beach

  • My schedule changes weekly, so email me and we’ll discuss preferred days and times
    • SUP (Standup Paddleboard) Yoga combines paddleboarding that started in Hawaii in the 1940s with the ancient practice of yoga from India. Practicing yoga on a slightly mobile surface forces you to use muscles that tend to be forgotten about during a land practice on a mat. This type of yoga requires intense focus, which actually ends up calming the mind a lot faster and helps you to build strength quicker. This is a great addition to your regular yoga practice and can help to take it to the next level physically, mentally and emotionally.

Outdoor Yoga with TyTo Yoga in North Pacific Beach

  • Mondays – 10:30am – Slow Flow – TyTo Yoga  
    • Slow Flow is a cross between Hatha and Vinyasa. The poses are held anywhere from one to a couple rounds of breaths and there could be a few series of poses slowly linked ‘breath-to-movement’ creating a moving meditative experience. The mind’s fluctuations are also reduced with this type of yoga and it’s great for beginners or anyone feeling like they want to just take it down a notch. Throughout the flow are moments of rest and encouragement to find the breath, which reduces stress and increases relaxation. All levels are welcome as the entire mind and body are strengthened.

Indoor Yoga (temporarily on hold)

  • Mondays – 630pm – Vinyasa Flow – FIT Athletic Club Mission Beach
    • Vinyasa Flow is the art of linking a series of poses together with the breath creating a moving meditative experience. When breath and movement are linked, the mind’s fluctuations are reduced which is one of the goals of yoga. Throughout the flow are moments of rest and encouragement to find the breath, which reduces stress and increases relaxation. All levels are welcome as the entire mind and body are strengthened.
  • Tuesdays – 5:15pm – Vinyasa & Meditate – FIT Athletic Club Mission Beach
    • Vinyasa Flow is the art of linking a series of poses together with the breath creating a moving meditative experience. When breath and movement are linked, the mind’s fluctuations are reduced which is one of the goals of yoga. Throughout the flow are moments of rest and encouragement to find the breath, which reduces stress and increases relaxation. All levels are welcome as the entire mind and body are strengthened. All levels welcome and this class is 90min with a 30min guided meditation added to the end after Savasana.
  • Wednesdays – 630pm – Vinyasa Flow – FIT Athletic Club Mission Beach
    • Vinyasa Flow is the art of linking a series of poses together with the breath creating a moving meditative experience. When breath and movement are linked, the mind’s fluctuations are reduced which is one of the goals of yoga. Throughout the flow are moments of rest and encouragement to find the breath, which reduces stress and increases relaxation. All levels are welcome as the entire mind and body are strengthened.
  • Thursdays – 630pm – Inversion Flow – FIT Athletic Club Mission Beach
    • Move deeper into your mental and physical practice, with a core and balance focused Vinyasa flow to prep you for inversions and arm balances that will be broken down. All levels welcome and options will be given for everyone.
