Yoga Classes in San Diego
During my classes, I aim to awaken your sense of balance and harmony, as you venture on a magical journey and shed the stresses of daily life. You will discover your highest physical, mental, emotional and spiritual potential, as you learn to breathe, move and meditate. These techniques will allow you to go inward and reconnect and express ‘smarana’ – your true self and the life you were born to live.
I currently offer a wide range of yoga classes in San Diego, California that cater to all levels, in various indoor, outdoor, public and private locations. I guarantee you’ll find the right class for you, no matter where you are in your yoga journey. Join me in one of my public classes or book a private individual or group session in Corporate Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin Yoga, SUP Yoga, Tantric Hatha, Family, and Kids Yoga.
SUP Yoga combines stand-up paddleboarding and yoga. This provides an outdoor, floating yoga experience where you not only gain incrediable strength and balance by engaging muscles you don't on the mat, but you receive the added bonus of bonding with nature.
Vinyasa Flow is the art of linking a series of postures together into a graceful, seamless sequence - coordinating movement with breath and aiming to experience a moving meditation.
Tantric Hatha Yoga aims to stimulate and improve functioning at every level – physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This is done with basic asanas, deeper breathing techniques – going beyond ujayyi, cleansing techniques, energetic work, visulizations and meditation.
Children live in a world of busy parents, social pressures, school lessons, hormonal changes and competitive sports. Kids Yoga not only teaches them the fundamentals of breathing, movement and how to manage their lives, but reminds them to have fun in the process!
Family Yoga encourages bonding with parents children with play, creativity and spontaneity - while still delivering the same mental and physical benefits as any other yoga class: peace of mind, relaxation, and increased strength and flexibility.
Yoga is a time-tested practice that is proven to reduce stress, increase energy, physical fitness and is a great addition to your overall health and wellness program.
Restorative Yoga (with props) and Yin Yoga (without props) both promote healing physically, mentally and emotionally. This is done by challenging yourself to close your eyes, go inward and disengage all muscles, allowing you to completely rest. relax and restore your body, mind and soul.
