Transitioning from stress and distractions while you soften your energy, body, emotions, and mind. The journey begins with integration, breathwork, and chanting (mantra) to activate as a vessel to receive and ground into the present moment.
As the session progresses, you’ll be guided through a mindful, philosophy inspired restorative yin flow combined with acoustic resonate instruments creating natural overtones and frequencies encouraging muscle disengagement, fascia opening, and energy balancing.
This will lead into active and passive meditation where you can create space for deep surrender, process sensations, emotions and thought patterns, access enlightened states, connect with your purpose, manifest, and support your own innate healing wisdom.
We’ll conclude with another chant to guide you back to your heart-space and more happiness, freedom, clarity and love.
