Join me weekly on Tuesdays from 7:45 to 8:30 PST as we dive into an introduction of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
We will be practicing 1 of the 16 concepts each week with a couple yin yoga poses, breathwork, mantra, and active and passive meditation. This is great for beginners or yogis that want to connect back to the foundation on how to practice embodying these concepts, with the intention of applying them to your life. After we practice, we'll spend 10min sharing how you plan to use this with yourself, others, and / or the world around you.
